Best for advanced attackers with fast arm speed who finish at the net and want a firm racket.
Advanced players who finish points at the net and off the back wall get a stiff, hard-hitting teardrop that rewards early preparation and fast arm speed. The textured carbon face bites the ball for spin and keeps smashes on line, but the racket returns little on defensive balls and punishes shots struck away from the centre.
Very strong when you swing fast. The stiff face and dense core send smashes and drives out on a flat line, but the racket adds little by itself when your swing slows down.
Good on finishing shots and spin, less so on defence. The textured face grips the ball, though low defensive balls tend to drop short in the middle of the court, so points are better built by attacking than by blocking.
Decent rather than quick. With the mass pushed toward the head, it feels heavy when you reach the ball late, so racket preparation has to start early, especially off the back wall.
Modest, and set high on the face. A centred hit feels crisp, but lobs from deep and off-centre backhands lose response quickly.
Firm and demanding on the arm. The cork grip and angled frame details trim some of the vibration, but the stiff build suits conditioned elbows and shoulders only.
