Head Speed One X (2025)
Teardrop

Best for advanced attackers who want real smash power and can supply their own swing speed.
Advanced attackers who live at the net and finish with the smash get a rigid, powerful teardrop that still offers respectable control for its shape. The firm feel and forward-leaning balance reward a full, early swing, while defending from the back of the court asks for more legwork and technique than a softer racket would.
Among the strongest in its class. The stiff face and forward balance turn a committed swing into a fast smash and heavy volleys, but on gentle shots the ball leaves slowly, so the pace has to come from your arm.
Good for an attacking shape, though the reviews disagree: some find placement precise and surprisingly easy, others rate it only fair. It is firm and predictable when you swing with intent, and lobs from deep need a full stroke.
Quick enough at the net for a racket this head-heavy, but very fast reactions at the body suffer. A sliding weight in the frame lets you move the balance back toward the handle to liven it up.
The reviews disagree: one calls it wider than expected for this kind of racket, others find it high and narrow. Hits near the throat return little pace, so clean contact matters.
Firm rather than gentle. The hard core and stiff carbon face give crisp feedback, and the damping details take the edge off vibration, but anyone with a sensitive elbow may want something softer.
