Our score
No verdict yet
We only publish a score after reading at least two independent reviews of a racket. The specs below are confirmed; the verdict follows.
A limited-run collector racket for experienced players who want a premium, attack-minded diamond and will pay for design as much as performance. It is the bronze finish of the second Babolat and Lamborghini racket, with an open carbon throat and central panel, and it comes with a hard protective case. It costs roughly 750 euros at one shop, and we found too little hands-on testing of this finish to give a verdict or scores yet.
Power is aimed at overheads and finishing shots, judging by the specs alone. The medium-high balance, diamond shape and carbon fibre face over an EVA core all point that way, but these are the brand's claims and we found no hands-on testing of this finish to confirm them.
The frame should stay reasonably quick in the hand despite its attacking balance, at around 365 grams. That is a spec-based expectation, not a tested result, and listings for other finishes of the same frame quote slightly different shape and weight figures, so check the exact version before buying.
