The high balance puts mass up the frame and the carbon face over a soft EVA core gives a lively, springy exit with a medium feel, so the smash, bandeja and vibora get plenty of help from the head weight. Swing flat out and the ball sits on the face and the exit turns less linear.

Control

Good rather than great. Placement is reliable at normal pace, but hit flat out and control drops on the vibora and flat smash, and blocks can float. The rough 3D texture adds some bite for spin, though it is milder than on older versions.

Plays easier than the diamond shape suggests: from the back it moves the ball at medium pace with little effort and feels agile for an attacking racket.
The sweet spot was simple to find even on a widened diamond, and the springy medium feel gives easy power on volleys, bandeja and smash without a big swing.
Hit flat out and it loses linearity: the ball sits on the face, control drops on vibora and flat smash, and blocks can float.
The glossy finish mutes the 3D texture, so spin bite is decent but a touch short of what the reviewer wanted.
