Best for prepared attackers who want firm volleys and spin overheads, with a test hit advised for smash feel.
Advanced attackers who build points around volleys and overheads get a firm diamond with substantial finishing potential. Its high balance rewards preparation and committed swings, but the reviews disagree on how freely it moves and how explosive the smash feels. Lighter examples can feel surprisingly manageable. Players who depend on hurried defensive pickups face a smaller margin for timing and contact.
Strong on prepared overheads, with head weight driving the ball through contact. Reviews disagree on the ceiling: some find explosive finishes, while court tests miss the extra kick on flat smashes.
Good when the face is set early, especially on purposeful volleys and sliced overheads. Reviews disagree on how much precision it offers; rushed blocks can feel less settled than a prepared swing.
Moderate overall, with sharply different experiences across the reviews. Some find demanding head weight on defence, while lighter test units and another court test feel notably quick to prepare.
Usable rather than generous, concentrated toward the upper face. Reviews disagree on forgiveness, but a low or sideways miss generally loses pace and demands cleaner recovery.
Firm feedback keeps impact clearly defined. Reviews disagree on comfort: written tests warn about arm load and mishits, while one court test finds easy, comfortable baseline play.
