Nox X-Zero (2026)
Round

Best for beginners and lighter hitters who want a soft, easy, comfortable racket, but it gives little help on power.
A soft, light, forgiving round racket for newer players, and especially women, who want an easy first racket that keeps the ball in play. It is quick to handle, gentle on the arm and good value at roughly 70 to 90 euros. Power is the trade-off, so anyone who starts building points around the smash will outgrow it fast and want a stronger model from the same family.
Power is the weakest part of the profile. The frame gives little help on smashes and fast volleys, so you supply the speed yourself, and finishing bite overhead is limited.
Control is dependable. Mistimed blocks, defensive lobs and low returns come out calm and well placed, which makes it a good racket for learning technique and defending patiently.
Handling is quick. The low balance and 350 to 360 g weight make it easy to turn at the net and light enough for long sessions without tiring the arm, though it is no weapon in fast exchanges.
The sweet spot is forgiving. The round head puts it close to the centre of the face, so off-centre and badly timed hits still come out under control.
Feel is soft and arm-friendly. The fibreglass faces and soft foam core cushion impact on defence and off-centre hits, and the ball leaves with a lively, easy rebound rather than a hard snap.
